Donation Refund Policy

GARIB NEVAZ SEVA TRUST values the support and generosity of its donors. Donations made to the Trust are voluntary contributions intended for charitable and social welfare activities.
As donations are utilized for ongoing welfare programs and community development initiatives, all donations made through our website, bank transfer, UPI, payment gateway, or any other mode are generally non-refundable.
However, a refund may be considered in the following cases:
Duplicate donation due to a technical error.
Incorrect donation amount entered by the donor.
Unauthorized transaction reported by the donor.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date along with proof of payment and transaction details.
The Trust reserves the right to review each request and approve or reject refunds at its sole discretion. Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment and may take 7–15 working days to reflect in the donor's account.
